"Anyone who accepts what I do accepts the Father who sent me." He is talking about accepting the message a messenger of God brings.

"Accepting a messenger of God is as good as being God's messenger." Jesus is saying,

"Accepting someone's help is as good" be willing to receive from many sources financial, spiritual, and supernatural

"Giving someone help". "When you share time, money, space, talents, anointing, gifting,  or what ever else God has blessed you with, you are accepting the message that we are giving to the world. 

Jesus is telling us we are one with Him
